Kolorize provides AI-based tools for colorizing videos and images. While we strive for high-quality output, all results are generated through automated algorithms and are not manually curated.
You agree to use the service responsibly and not to engage in activities that violate applicable laws or our platform’s policies. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and any results generated.
Our service is built on advanced AI systems, but results will vary based on input quality, motion, and other factors. The output is provided “as is” and no guarantee is made as to its fitness for any particular purpose. Perception of quality is inherently subjective and may not match your expectations.
All purchases are final. Once credits have been consumed or services rendered, refunds will not be issued.
Users are strongly encouraged to test small samples before using the service on full-length content. While we welcome feedback, dissatisfaction with results alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.
We reserve the right to grant refunds solely at our discretion, in rare and exceptional cases. If a refund is issued:
Users are strictly prohibited from abusing the platform by making excessive or malicious credit usage, circumventing service limits, misrepresenting content for refund purposes, or attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform’s systems.
We reserve the right to limit access, suspend accounts, or pursue legal action against individuals who attempt to exploit or undermine the integrity of our service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use, abuses our refund policy, or misuses the service. Deactivated accounts lose access to previously generated content, and such content may be deleted without notice.
Users may use the outputs they generate for personal or commercial use, provided they have not received a refund. If a refund is issued, all generated content rights are revoked, and usage is strictly prohibited.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including dissatisfaction with output quality, errors, delays, or data loss.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
